Wolli Bakes started with a love for baking and a curiosity about true sourdough. What began as experimenting in my kitchen quickly turned into a passion for baking bread the traditional way.
At the heart of every loaf is my wild sourdough starter, Carbley.
Around here we do things the slow way — just flour, water, salt, time, and a little help from Carbley.
Every loaf is handcrafted with simple ingredients, and I love sharing these breads with our local community.
